So the big bad Warriors have been dethroned. The Raptors took advantage of all the injuries for the Warriors and were barely able to cling onto the lead. The main reason of course was because Klay went down with a torn ACL. Now I’ll tell you this is the most least upset I’ve been with a loss in a playoff setting for my teams. And I’ll tell you why. I‘ve seen more heart than I’ve ever seen in a team before. KD gets injured and we still beat the Rockets in 6. We swept in the WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS. Again without KD. We still don’t have KD in the finals and win a game on the road in the NBA finals against “the best player” which I’ll get into at a later time. Then game 5, KD comes back and look how dominant they look with him. Then he tears his Achilles. WE STILL WERE ABLE TO WIN. We were devistated and upset but we did it for him. The Warriors have always had that next man up kind of mind set and that just shows how great of a coach Steve Kerr is. Then game 6, were looking like we’re gonna win it and then Klay goes down. We later find out he tore his ACL. But this man came back in the game after TEARING HIS ACL, and comes back and shoots his free throws. He begged to be let back in the game and that just shows how great and how legendary of a player Klay Thompson is. When Klay went down, we had no business to be in that game. But “next man up”. We may not have won but we fought till the end even with all the injuries. We fought through all the injuries and proved that we are a championship team. I would not like to take anything away from the Raptors though because they played very well and I’m very happy for them and for Canada. I’m so proud of this team and this season.
